Jody ‘Babydol’ Gibson

Joy Behar has a talk show that is on HLN at 8:00 pm.  This particular episode speaks of the book, Bad Boys, Bad Girls’.  One of the guests on the show was Jody ‘Babydol’ Gibson who is a former Hollywood madam.  The topic of conversation on this show is about extramarital affairs.  The ‘other women are considered ‘skanettes’ or ‘bottle girls’ or ‘half a hooker’.  These terms  have there own particular meanings.

The conversation included talks about the mistress’ of Tiger Woods and Jesse (Sandra Bullock’s husband).  Theses women have gained fame over their affairs, so much for loving the husband, 1st book deal and all of a sudden there a victim.

Per,  the panel, the ‘Madonna-whore complex’  is a not conclusive in ‘pop culture research’.  The panel of women think that there should be an open line of communication between husband and wife, so he can ask the wife for things that he would go to the other woman for.  Sounds like a ‘huge’ excuse to allow for the infidelity, he couldn’t communicate to his wife.  Are people no longer responsible for there action?  The consequence seems to be ‘sex rehab’.    Is this talk show allowing for people to make further excuses?

So tell me what is her reason for being on facebook?  Social networking? “Jody Gibson (nicknamed “Babydol”) is a former madam, known in the media as the Hollywood Super Madam. She was convicted in 2000 and subsequently wrote a book about her experiences.”  (Wikipedea)

“Gibson has appeared as a guest on Larry King Live, Geraldo at Large, Glenn Beck, The Today Show, The Lineup, The Big Story, Court TV, Showbiz Tonight, Inside Edition, Tyra Banks, Chelsea Lately, Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, Howard Stern, and Rick Dees.”(Wikipedia)
